Viktor had promised to send Astrid the information that she would need once his flight landed.  A man true to his word, he had no sooner touched his feet to the inside of his limousine outside JFK than he was on the phone calling Vennie to have her send the information.  Vennie was one of the only people who was allowed access into his personal office and after a few minutes she gave him the go ahead for listing off the information that he wanted sent. 

The file included contact information for Jessie Mcarty, a vampire working this case for Viktor.  It also included photographs and the basic information on Crius & Crixus Civilta, the vampires that Astrid was going to encounter soon enough.  Instructions attached were simple enough.  She was to contact Jessie and meet with him so that he could give her the necessary steps she would need to take in reaching the twins.  It was of the utmost importance that everything go off without a hitch, but as always Viktor assured Astrid that he trusted her.

Over the phone Viktor could hear the sound of Vennie's fingers moving swiftly over the keyboard as she typed up his message.  Once that was finished he stayed on the line just long enough to make sure that she sent the files off to Astrid's personal account.  Hopefully his little witch would have no trouble reaching Jessie and beginning to enact his plan to draw the twins out of New Orleans and up towards his dominion.
