H I S T O R Y :
Viktor was born the son of a senior tribesman in a Norse village. They were raiding people, as fierce and proud as the land from which they hailed. When he was sixteen he was brought over to the other side by a man in the temple of Odin, and from there his life changed eternally. He has wondered the ages like a shadow, seizing power where he could and maintaining an iron grip on the minds of those who could be bent to his will. But because of his simple beginnings he often feels out of place at court, masking his insecurity with cruelty at times. His lust for beauty something that drives him even as he feels himself sinking into the darkness. When he moved to America just after the Civil War he laid stakes in the colonies, and so it was no surprise once vampirism was legalized that that was where he still resided. Stalwart in his mission he made himself an asset to the people in power who held sway in the city waiting until the time was right to seize control from the oligarchs. Taking up position as sherriff of the Manhattan Ward he had his own little Manhattan Project underway and would crush anyone who tried to stop him.
