Since she had been in a rat pile with Milo all these weeks at the Rodere, and busy with her band, Broken Monday, Brooklyn hadn't really gotten to know many of the others, nor they her. While Milo slept, she "borrowed" a few of his phone numbers off his cell phone, one of them being Magdalene's. They had briefly met the first night at the Rodere, and it wasn't exactly the image she wanted to portray of herself. Brooklyn thought that by getting to know some of the others, she might not feel so much like a square peg in a round hole.
So she texted Mags from her own cell phone. "Hallo. This is Brooke. Wanna hang out sometime 2 gether? I like 2 shop 2. A little bohemian, but I do. Txt me back if you wanna!
She had been in the middle of dance rehearsal so she hadn't answered the text when it came in. When she finally looked at her phone she was really fucking confused honestly. She texted back anyway.
Sure it was true that Magdalene didn't really know her, but she would get to know her right? When her phone chimed, Brooklyn replied back seeing her response.
