Business Day-to-day had been keeping him busy, as was the intent, was it not? However, the longer he delved in merely that day to day process, the more he thirsted and hungered for more information on the goings on in the city. Particularly, the state of affairs of the vampire community. How could anyone in a city, much less the vampires in a city, be so lax with keeping things orderly and free of chaos. New Orleans wasn't a quiet town either. The V case was only one of many dangers that could plague the city, and the last time he checked up on how that case was going, the police had gotten nowhere.
This disturbed him. When the drug was in essence, a vampire, how could they not rise up and try to protect themselves, the city, and the threat of the council coming in and wiping out all of them for being idiots and fools.
To prevent this, he could not do much on his own. He would need information from others, help from others, and well... the list was a bit long. He had dropped off his business card when he turned in some kids trying to trade off some V, but that was as far as he went. He never got a call from the police either, which made him wonder if they were even actively doing anything about the V case. He might have to inquire a police officer one day about such thing. He had met one, hadn't he? He wasn't sure now, and would have to check his files again to see if one of the entries was indeed a police officer.
His only source for meeting other vampires lay in one little fact. The owner of All That Jazz was a vampire. He had seen the man, but had never personally spoken with him. He felt it was time. In the process, maybe he'd meet others, and maybe the owner knew others. Maybe wasn't good enough, he had to meet others, before it was too late.

Santino entered the club in his usual attire, this time, his suit was of a generic design, black in color with a white shirt underneath, black shoes, and a black fedora. He would not, this time, stop at a booth and enjoy the music. As much as he wanted to, tonight was about business. His power was locked up tight in his shields, but as usual, he would touch the floor with his powers, and feel through the stone beneath his feet to see if any unusual power came to him.
When he arrived at the bar, he would tap a hand to it's top, to get the tender's attention. He asked to speak with the owner, and said that it was of urgent and private business. He would motion to a silent corner of the room, and would move to it, as the tender nodded, and went to retrieve the owner.
When Ramsey got to him, the conversation was short. Ramsey only knew the vampires Santino knew, or at least, two of them. Joseph and Veronika were it, and Veronika seemed to have left town already. He couldn't blame her, the town was not a safe prospect at the time. But Santino had already stacked his plot here, and there was no getting out.
After Ramsey left, Santino lounged in the seat, and stared out over the crowd. What could he do now, to try and seek out these wandering vampires.
