Hey it's Manda Panda! And with a new character...again lol. This is Vesta St. Noir! She's human, and a tattoo artist hoping to be Skin Deep's new employee! Yeah sorry I decided to remove Veronika...Just wasn't feeling her anymore. But anyways I hope to play with you all with this character! She's very fun, happy, and bubbly!
