Hi. This is Libby and with one of my oldest characters Sandy. She is a Private Investigator and her late father was a defense attorney before he died. She and her brother Chance Deilma are in New Orleans living in a mansion in the Garden District. She's one of the wererats, been around in Chicago then later in London and now her presence is known but is very well hidden from the eyes. Can say she keeps a low profile so as not to bring too much attention to herself. She has worked on several cases in the past, cracked them and put villains behind bars.
