Once Alex decided to leave him alone for the night, Zack immediately pulled out his cell phone and started texting. The day had gone over so much better than he'd thought, and the pup just had to let Steven and Owen know what was up. It was a short group message, sent to the both of them before continuing the unpacking process:
“Sup guys! Meeting went loads better than I thought it would. Moved into a new place, give me a call soon. Got lots of good news to tell you both.”
Steven's phone went off as he was working on some paperwork trying to get one of his stores opened in NoLa. It would cost several hundreds of thousands, but that was not a problem for the one-time thief. The papers should be signed within the month, and construction started soon after.
He flipped the phone open, and read the text. He laughed a bit, but it held a bit of sadness. He knew that if Zack had moved in with Silent, he would rarely visit. He just didn't care for the swamp wolf that much. Little did he know that it was not that way.
Punching in a reply, he sent "Good for you, man. Call me whenever you're free to do so. And if they give you some slack on your leash, you know where I live."
He clapped the phone closed, and put it back in his pocket. Paperwork was so boring. He pushed everything aside, and decided to go get a drink, or seven.
As for Dr. Connors he had just got off work, his night with Geller and the rest of the gang went well too. He got to meet up with Jenna again, she was a really nice gal knowing she was one of the head shifters. A tiger Queen he's heard and that hopefully there is a chance the gang could see each other again in the future. Owen had eaten dinner in his hotel room that had incredible room service. He looked over the table at his LCD screen seeing a name belonging to his good pal himself, Zachary! Picking his cell phone up, he pressed the call button about to tell him about the other night when he half stopped then thought to explain pass the phone calls. He still ate and talked at the same time. "Hey! What's up Zach? Good to hear it. I also have good information for you too partner. Tell Steven that I said, we can get together sometime. The three of us, it's been a long time after that incident."Did he have to bring the V theme of the day?
Not that he was negative. Hope Zach got his presents, but it was better to talk some more in person than over the phone. He suggests a get together between the three men. He, Zachary, and Steven can meet somewhere they can talk about a bunch of things, a whole lot of things. They was suddenly like this trio of some kind that seems to stick. Hopefully, there is room to share what the three of them wishes to. He did wanted to ask Steven something too. Already knowing the answer himself, glad to know the dude was okay. From the looks of it the fellow can take care of himself.
