+Once Venus was at the lycan hospital being tended to by the caring staff Geller stepped out into the parking lot to call Vincent.  He had regretted not bringing the man with them but Vex wasn't keen on having non-lycanthropes along for the ride.  Personally, Geller was a more the merrier kind of a guy, but he preferred to pick his battles with Vex.  Holding Jenna beside him as they stood in the dark parking lot of the hospital he waited for Vincent to answer his phone.+

"Vincent....this is Charles Geller.  Jenna and I got in earlier this evening.  We found Venus." +He listened to the relief in the mans voice and felt a pang of guilt for not having called him sooner.+ "Yes....yes...she's alright but they gave her some kind of drug.  The doctors are keeping her a few days for observation.  If it's not too presumptous....I was going to have her come back to New Orleans with us."

+In New Orleans there would at least be some distance between Venus and the men who would soon be looking for her, and there she had more eyes watching out for what might be coming.+ "I'm sure she has business affairs....things to be tended to here and I was wondering if you could handle that and then, of course, meet us down South.  Then you and she can figure out what you want to do next."

+Geller listened to what Vincent had to say, received a plan of action from the man and agreed to help in whatever way he could.  Their old room at the house in New Orleans was offered and he said that he'd have it ready when Vincent arrived.+ "I'll make sure the doctors contact you with any word.  I'm sure Venus will be eager to talk to you."

+It wasn't a long conversation, but at least it tied up some loose ends.  Now they just had to wait a few days for Venus to be cleared from the hospital so that they were safe to travel with her.  Hanging up the phone he prepared to make his second call.+
