Embrace of the Sands. (Open to police, or anyone with Santino's number)

There were many dangers seen in this city. And that was not limited to the lack of organization and order in the supernatural community which Santino was readily accessible to on a daily basis.

On this night, Santino was put into a position where he would witness such a danger. This sort of danger posed a threat of retaliation not just from the Vampire Council, but the humans as well, especially those hate groups that would love to rid the world of the supernatural.

Three kids stood in an alleyway, talking and exchanging. Drugs was not something Santino usually bothered himself with. If the human race felt like throwing their lives away through such means, he could care less. But this night was different.

"He's having a seizure!" shouted one of the kids.

"Let's get out of here..."

The two sellers started to run out of the alleyway, as the third kid collapsed to the ground, his body convulsing this way and that and a red foam bubbled out of his mouth. His eyes were rolled into the back of his head.

On any other block, any other night, the two might have gotten away. Santino however wasn't about to let this get too loud, yet at the same time, had to make sure something was done to resolve the issue.

As the two exited the alleyway, a brush of sand would hit them in the face. They'd fall back, but before they could touch the ground, the sand would wrap around them. The two boys would be scooped up by the sands, and Santino would return to the alley. There in the alley, he would also lift the other boy from the ground and wrap him up in his sand, to carry him away from the scene.

Shortly therafter, a blocked number would call in to the police station. Surely they could trace it in other ways, but the effort was there. He would alert them through that call to check their doorstep. Santino relayed a short message on the events. The two dealers were left on the police station steps, while the third was delivered to a hospital. Since the police would be able to trace the number, he wouldn't offer any attempts to hide who he was. His business card was left with the two unconscious boys on the police station steps. The sand would be gone, no longer holding the boys, but was used merely to hold them still as they were moved.

His plans for the evening now were lost, as he was no longer in the mood. Instead, after this call, he would return to his office, and begin to write up a new file. The dangers of V were in town now, or at least he knew about it now, and he would begin to pay more attention to it's workings in the city.
