The phone call to Ash out of the way, Alex picked up the reciver once more, and soon was waiting for Jessie to answer. She had no idea if anyone realized she'd been gone, and that nasty little voice in her head said nobody probably cared, but she squashed it down, and shoved it to the side. Not wanting to think about that. When Jessie's voicemail picked up, she left her message.

"Hey, it's Alex....um...If you have some time, I think I need to have you check me over...I'm alive and stuff just...yeah...I don't know where everyone is, or what's going on. I'm with my friend Titus...Hell i'm not even sure what part of town I'm in....Call me when you get this please..."

Rattling off the number Titus gave her, she signed off, and settled the phone down again. Now....if she could just figure out what the hell she'd done with her phone....
