Astrid had needed to get her phone. And her phone was with Lorissa. So she had Rex call Lorissa to let her know that she was going to stop by to pick up her phone at the hookah. So getting a cab as it was raining outside letting the driver knows where she wanted to go Sitting in the back seat quite letting golden orbs look at the building move by quickly. Before watching the cab up to the hookah as she climbed out handing the driver money before darting into the hookah.
Glancing around some at the customers within. Sliding her hands down her black jeans drying them off some. Then slides her black rain coat off to hang over her arm. Then would make sure her light blue shirt was ok. And black boots would click along the floor to make her way toward the bar. Looking up and down to see if she could find Lorissa.
The petite pixie had been in the back, in her office doing some paperwork when someone handed her a note telling her Rex had called. Blue-green eyes scanned the note, giving a nod of her head as she pulled open her desk drawer and grabbed Astrid's phone. She'd placed it there in the drawer after speaking with the witch about her possibly coming to get it. Things had been so busy lately that she hadn't had time herself to drop it off at the hotel. Slipping the phone in the pocket of her blue jeans, she went about her work.
She had finally finished up all the back-logged paperwork within about a half an hour, and sat back in her chair, stretching out her sore shoulders, rolling them about before springing to her feet. Time to go to work and see how busy it was up front. Walking down the hall the led to the front of the Hookah, she stopped long enough to tie a half apron about her slender waist and then pushed through the doors to come to stand behind the bar. Her t-shirt reflected her mood at the moment, with big bold words in red saying "Sarcasm, It beats killing people."
Eyes that were thickly lined in black looked around the main room, seeing that business was steady, but not super busy, had her giving a slight nod when those swirling hues fell on Astrid. "Hey girl!" Lori said with a smile as she waved her over to the bar. A gloved hand reached into her pocket and pulled out the woman's phone, placing it on the counter top. "Here ya go. Can I get ya a drink or anything?"
Astrid would watch as Lorissa seem to appear before her within moments after her arrival. Sliding into one of the stool seeing Lorissa sit her Iphone on the bar top. Letting a smile spread over her lips. Hands would slide out to grab her phone and snuggle against it some. " Hey girl. " She would glance around some trying to think of something to drink. " How about a soda for the moment "
"So how have you been ? " She would wait for Lorissa to get her drink and come back to finish talking. " So has anything interesting been going on around here lately. " Tucking some hair behind her ear as she twisted to place her jacket on the stool next to her.
