D I S T G U I S H I N G F E A T U R E S : Bradley has a strong stature about and a large almost comical jaw line. He can come off as a bit surly and brash but is ultimately likeable and very quick witted. Though he maintains the exterior of a modern day blue collar man he is incredibly smart with a fluid thinking process that sometimes rivals most "geniuses" he's met.

* Ability : Raise/Lower Water: Can manipulate the tide of a local area of water, must have a body part in the water but can raise or lower the tide by as much as four feet, which could cause localized flooding. (A city block at most, but growing as his power matures) * Ability : Fog: Near any large water source (i.e. Sea, lake, pond or swimming pool) can create a supernatural fog, obscuring vision and giving anyone in it a sense of unease. Bradley can see in it fine. * Ability : Water Control: Can control and shape water at his will. He has to have water to use to create the shapes but can form simple shapes, (cubes, spheres, cylinders) and can use them.
* Ability : Breathe Water: Can breathe water, separating oxygen from hydrogen in his lungs as a fish would. * Ability : Cleanse Water: Can cleanse water of impurities and making it safe to drink. * Ability : Create Water: Can create water out of the air with a neutral Ph. (Nothing more than perhaps a gallon or two of water at a time.) * Ability : Water Sense: Can locate and feel water anywhere near him. For example, he can feel an underwater river while standing nowhere near a water source. Bradley can also feel objects in water such as fish or larger objects. He's his own sonar as long as he has a hand or body part in the water.

F A M I L Y: Father and Mother both live with his older brother in Michigan.
H I S T O R Y : Bradley was born on the shores of Lake Michigan from a family of blue collar workers. His father was a police officer while his mother worked in factories until he left home. Raised mostly by his grandparents, they taught him a solid understanding of right and wrong.
During the summer of his seventeenth year, his power manifested in a fight or flight scenario. On a boat on Lake Michigan one of his friends took a spill over the side of the boat. Bradley dived down to retrieve him. He held his friend, who was unconscious, out for his other friends to grab but missed them by two feet. Unable to get this extra stretch and feeling the water pulling him deeper down his thoughts were simply, "C'mon give me just a few more feet." As if a force filled him he could feel the water surge below him and what felt like a floor rise from the depths to his feet. Others looking on, would notice the water swell around him and give him the extra distance he needed to pull his friend out of water.
Since that day he slowly worked on or near the water discovering more and more of his powers. After high school he joined the Navy as a mechanic and engineer for six years. During this time he learned the most about his powers while earning awards and commendations for bravery and courage. During this time he was also reprimanded for his brash behavior and quick witted tongue that "never knew when to shut up," according to one commanding officer. He received an honorable discharge from the Navy and attended the University of Michigan. He moved from Michigan to Louisiana after earning a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Here he set off to earn his fortune. With his earnings from the Navy he bought a small fishing boat. With his abilities he began to become an adept fisherman. Wish his water divining powers, he could sense and pull schools of fish towards his nets. During this time he continued to grow his business as well as refine his power. Currently he owns three boats and employees 30 workers both on the water and off. Yearly he donates to the American Red Cross because of their help in the recent disasters that has struck his second home. Despite Katrina and the Gulf Oil Spill, Bradley has always strived, with tenacity, to overcome these obstacles and seems to somehow always pull ahead.
