-Milo wasn't always the best at remembering things. In fact, if he managed to leave the house even half dressed then it could be considered a good day. His mind and world just moved fast and he often missed the smaller things in life along the way. One of those "small things" he had forgotten to do was call Karma before leaving town. He had a vague recollection that she had said she was coming to New Orleans, but then the divorce crap had purged all else from his brain.-
-He, Jessie, and Otis had all climbed on bikes, of course Jessie had to ride in his bitch seat, and headed to L.A. to celebrate the end of his nuptials. It had been a fun ride but his marriage to Aurrianna Beddingfield was now officially null and void. That made wife number two down the drain. He was pretty bad at this marriage shit. On the way home they stopped at a roadside diner for a bite and that was when he remembered to give Karma a call. Shooting some quarters into the slot of a payphone he dialed her number by heart and left a message.-
"Yo baby girl. We're on our way back to New Orleans now. Sit tight and we'll be home before you know it. Pick up a bottle of chartreuse and some Twinkies. I'm officially single so we got some hell to raise."
-Hanging up the phone he chuckled and went to slide back in next to Jessie in the booth. Of course he wasn't completely single. There was always Jessica. She had been a constant through everything though so she was in a completely seperate category from other women he'd been with. It was just different, with or without Marcus. Stealing one of her strips of bacon he grinned at her.-
